On Tuesday, February 11, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., two personnel from the Division of Legal Affairs attended training on the use of printers, photocopiers, and the PaperCut program for users. The training covered topics such as driver installation, operation of different machine models, using the Web Print system, basic troubleshooting, and more. Additionally, the Ricoh training team provided a link to the user manual for staff to study or download for reference.
This training aimed to provide personnel with practical knowledge on using printers and photocopiers, both online and offline, as well as basic troubleshooting skills for these devices.
