Under the supervision of the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection, Ministry of Justice

The Walailak University Community Dispute Mediation Center has been duly evaluated and officially registered in accordance with the law.

In cases involving civil or criminal disputes, where the disputing parties agree to have the Center conduct mediation and prepare a dispute settlement agreement, such agreements shall be legally binding and enforceable pursuant to the Dispute Mediation Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

Members of the public may request mediation services free of charge.
