Summary of the 5S Workplace Assessment
The 5S workplace assessment for Fiscal Year 2026 found that the Division of Legal Affairs
had organized its office space and working environment systematically.
Areas of responsibility were clearly assigned, documents and office equipment were stored by category,
and appropriate measures were in place to maintain cleanliness and workplace safety.
Division staff actively participated in 5S activities and placed importance on maintaining
a positive working environment. These practices facilitate the retrieval of documents and equipment,
reduce duplication and processing time, and contribute to a professional organizational image.
The 5S workplace assessment of the Division of Legal Affairs
was completed successfully.
The Committee commended the cooperation demonstrated by staff,
the orderly condition of the workplace, and the Division's commitment
to the continuous improvement of its working environment.
The Committee provided constructive recommendations concerning the maintenance of standards,
improvements to document and equipment storage systems, and the further development of the workplace
to ensure greater convenience, safety, and suitability for operational requirements.
The Division of Legal Affairs will incorporate the Committee's recommendations
into its improvement measures and planning for 5S activities in the next fiscal year.
This will support higher workplace standards, a positive working environment,
and a systematic, efficient, and sustainable organizational culture.
