On August 27, 2025, at 8:30 AM, the Legal Affairs Division of Walailak University presented its innovation entitled “Reducing the Procedures for Screening Draft Announcements and Orders of University Units through the Development of Standardized Text Templates in the Electronic Correspondence System” at Hua Tapan Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Chulabhorn Vejuwat Building (Building A), Walailak University Medical Center.
This innovation aims to enhance the efficiency of legal and regulatory workflows by introducing standardized templates within the university’s electronic correspondence system. The approach reduces redundancy, shortens processing time, and minimizes errors in drafting official documents, thereby improving accuracy and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
The presentation was part of the university’s knowledge-sharing and innovation showcase platform, which encourages staff to apply digital solutions to institutional challenges. The initiative reflects the commitment of the Legal Affairs Division to drive organizational development toward becoming a modern, innovation-driven university, as well as serving as a model that can be adapted by other divisions across the institution.
