On April 9, 2025, personnel from the Division of Legal Affairs participated in the Songkran Festival organized by Walailak University. The event was collaboratively held by the Center for Cultural and Sports Promotion, the Academic Service Center, Community Groups 6 and 8 of Hua Taphan and Thai Buri Subdistricts, the Walailak Demonstration Community Health Promotion Hospital, and various university units.
The festival featured the traditional water blessing ceremony for the elderly to preserve Thai customs, promote the conservation of arts and culture, and instill respect and gratitude towards parents and benefactors. The event took place at the Central Hall of the Faculty of Architecture and Design, Walailak University. Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, President of Walailak University, presided over the ceremony and delivered blessings, attended by university executives, faculty members, staff, students, distinguished guests, elderly participants, and community leaders.
