The Planning and Strategy Division of Walailak University organized a workshop on “Strategies for Driving Walailak University Policies and Strategies into Practice, Fiscal Year ” from November 23-25, 2025, at Prasarnsook Villa Beach Resort, Sichon District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
In this regard, the Head of the Legal Affairs Division participated in the seminar to exchange knowledge and present the Legal Affairs Division’s operational plan within the framework of the university’s key policies and strategies, as well as to discuss ways to effectively implement the strategies.
This seminar was organized to enhance understanding of plans and strategies, and to enable each department to operate in a manner that responds to the university’s goals in the 2026 fiscal year.
The activities were divided into supporting unit groups, covering the following key issues:
Part 1: Strategies/Guidelines for Driving Key University Policies.
1. Enhancing the operational efficiency of the organization to respond to change.
2. Reducing the organization’s operating costs.
3. Developing personnel’s digital and AI skills.
Part 2: Guidelines for improving performance in areas of weakness.
To enable the organization to improve its efficiency and effectively achieve the university’s strategic indicators.
Participating in this seminar and the presentation of the legal department’s plan is a crucial step in developing the organization and driving the university’s mission to respond effectively to future changes.
