Staff members of the Division of Legal Affairs participated in a training program entitled “Basic Computer Software Troubleshooting,” which was organized to enhance fundamental knowledge of digital technology usage (Digital Literacy) and to strengthen skills in resolving computer-related issues encountered in daily life and work.
The training was held on Tuesday, 21 January 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Computer Laboratory 2, Digital Innovation Building, Walailak University. The program aimed to equip participants with the ability to independently troubleshoot basic software problems and to apply the acquired knowledge effectively in their professional duties.
The training content covered the following topics:
Definitions and types of software
Installation and uninstallation of programs
Windows operating system management
Identifying and resolving software malfunctions
Data maintenance and backup
Basic computer troubleshooting techniques
Participation in this training program enhanced the information technology knowledge and digital competencies of the Division of Legal Affairs staff, contributing to more efficient, modern, and adaptable work practices in support of operations in the digital era.
