On 28 May 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Hua Taphan Meeting Room, Medical Center Building, Walailak University, the Human Resources and Organization Division (HRO) organized a training activity under the program “Potential Development for Middle-Level and Entry-Level Administrators of Walailak University (Class 2).” The program was arranged for middle-level and entry-level administrators of the University to enhance their knowledge and understanding of laws and official practices relevant to administrative work within their respective units.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor Jintana Unhavaithaya, Head of the Division of Legal Affairs, was invited as a guest speaker to deliver a lecture on the topic “Tort Liability of Officials and Laws Related to Public Administration.” The lecture covered key legal principles, practical guidelines for government officials, and case studies related to tort liability. The session aimed to enable participants to apply the knowledge gained to their work, unit management, and administrative decision-making in an accurate, prudent, transparent manner, in accordance with the principles of good governance.

The training activity was attended by 56 participants. Through the session, participants gained knowledge and understanding, as well as exchanged experiences on legal issues related to public administration. This activity contributed to the development of the capabilities of middle-level and entry-level administrators and supported the enhancement of Walailak University’s operational efficiency in accordance with legal standards.
