Legal Affairs Division Undertakes Study Visit
and Knowledge Exchange in Songkhla
to Enhance Professional Experience and Work Effectiveness
From 31 August to 1 September 2026,
the Legal Affairs Division of Walailak University organized
a study visit and knowledge exchange activity entitled
“Study Visit, Knowledge Exchange, and Development.”
The initiative provided personnel with opportunities to learn
from the practices of external organizations,
exchange professional experience, and gain new perspectives
that may be applied to further improve the Division's
operational processes and effectiveness.
Study Visit to NACC Region 9
On Monday, 31 August 2026,
personnel of the Legal Affairs Division departed
from Walailak University at 8:10 a.m.
for Songkhla Province.
During the journey, the delegation stopped for lunch
at Sirada Restaurant
before continuing to the
Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission,
Region 9.
From 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.,
the delegation participated in a study visit at NACC Region 9.
The programme provided an opportunity to learn about
operational approaches, management practices,
and organizational work processes,
as well as to exchange professional experience.
The knowledge and good practices gained from the visit
may subsequently be adapted to suit the responsibilities
of the Legal Affairs Division.
Following the programme, the delegation travelled to
BP Samila Beach Hotel, Songkhla
for check-in and a short break,
before participating in the evening programme
and having dinner in Songkhla.
Learning Beyond the Workplace
The study visit provided a valuable platform
for broadening professional perspectives,
sharing practical experience,
and identifying approaches that may contribute
to continuous organizational development.
Knowledge Exchange at Prince of Songkla University
On Tuesday, 1 September 2026,
after breakfast and hotel check-out,
the delegation travelled to
Prince of Songkla University (PSU)
for a study visit from
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
The visit offered another important opportunity
for personnel to exchange perspectives,
professional experience, and organizational approaches.
Insights gained from the exchange may be considered
for further development of the Legal Affairs Division's
work methods and processes,
with an emphasis on agility, modernization,
and effective support for the University's missions.
Upon completion of the programme,
the delegation had lunch from
12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m.
and later made a brief visit to
Kim Yong Market in Songkhla
before returning safely to Walailak University.
Transforming Knowledge into Effective Development
The study visit and knowledge exchange activity
not only enhanced the knowledge and professional experience
of participating personnel,
but also created opportunities to learn from
the practices of other organizations
and gain fresh perspectives on organizational development.
The Legal Affairs Division will consider applying
the knowledge, ideas, and experience gained from the programme
to further improve its work processes,
enhance operational effectiveness,
and contribute to the advancement
of Walailak University's missions.
