The Division of Legal Affairs, Walailak University, would like to congratulate Mr. Nikorn Duangsuwan, Legal Officer of the Division of Legal Affairs, who was invited as a guest lecturer in the workshop training program titled “Drafting of Walailak University Regulations, Rules, and Announcements.” The program was held on 9 February 2026 at Phattharathammaphorn Room, 9th Floor, Building B, Walailak University Medical Center.
During the training, Mr. Nikorn Duangsuwan delivered a lecture on “Authority in Issuing Walailak University Regulations, Rules, and Announcements.” The session aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of legal authority, the structure of regulations, rules, and announcements, as well as proper legal procedures and governance practices within the University.
The program was organized to strengthen fundamental knowledge in legal drafting, legal terminology, and the processes and procedures for preparing university regulations, rules, and announcements. It also provided participants with opportunities for practical exercises and knowledge exchange to support their work within various university units.
His invitation as a lecturer reflects the important role of the Division of Legal Affairs as the University’s legal support unit and highlights its contribution in disseminating legal knowledge to personnel, ensuring that administrative operations are conducted correctly, transparently, and efficiently.
